Lenovo Vista Rebate

I know that the rebate offer expires on April 30th. However moduslink hasnt shipped my order yet even though Ive waited 10 weeks for my vista upgrade. Has lenovo made any statements on this situation? Ive called their vista upgrade center and it sends me to a voicemail but no one ever calls back. Need some help guys with how to handle this situation.
