recovery disk use & XP SP1, SP2

I just used the recovery disks to reload XP to new HDD on my T23. It seems to be just XP Pro. Do I now need to DL the SP1a & SP2 updates OR
will the SP2 cover everything?

sp2 is cumulative

After the OS installation just run Windows update and everything you need will be installed(eventually

). You will probably have to run Windows update more then once to get everything.
If you already have sp2 on a cd install it first to save time.

After SP2 - you'll have 80 updates. It would be best to get an autorun SP2 CD they made for North America. Either/ or - you should leave your machine on WU overnight Keith.
