Default Printers in Different Profiles Access Conn 4.31b

I have a clean Vista Enterprise install on my T60p. Everything works well EXCEPT that I cannot get Access Connections to change the default printer for different profiles. Although with an earlier Vista install I could get Access Connections to have different printers as default printer at different locations, now I cannot get the default printer to be the one I have set in Access Connections 4.31b.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?
