So I am currently using:
AVGFree
AVG Anti-Spyware
Ad Aware SE
I would have liked to add OneCare to the mix as well, but it wants me to uninstall AVG (which isn't going to happen).
I know we have had multiple threads on this in the past, perhaps a sticky of some sort.
What are others here using in order to keep their boxen clean?
XP Anti-Virus Solutions

I use only nod32 and tried several spyware programs as well, but never found any spyware so ended up by uninstalling the spyware programs. If you are careful about what website you visit and programs you run on your computer my opinion is that you can do fine without spyware programs that slow down your computer. At least i never had any problems with spyware.
I cannot see why you need OneCare when you already got one antivirus and two spyware applications. I would also like to say that installing two different antivirus applications and run them at the same time may cause unpredictable results and might cause more problems then it's good for anything. It's nice to be secure, but if you install to many applications like Antivirus that might cause conflicts with each other you might get the opposite effect.
Regarding OneCare i read several tests and for most of them OneCare scored very low and some of them didn't even give OneCare a score and just said that OneCare failed the test. So if i where you i wouldn't install OneCare at this time.
The reason why i use nod32 is because it seems to work pretty good and does not use a lot of resources. I find that important as well....not only to be secure, but don't want a lot of programs that slow down my computer. If you choose to run 2 Antivirus and 3 Spyware applications on the same computer i guess that would slow down your computer pretty much and might give you issues since most antivirus applications is not really designed to work together with other antivrus applications on the same computer.
In addition to nod32 i also have a software firewall on my computer and a hardware firewall on my LAN.
