Has picked up virus Win32/Expiro. C I do not know as to do?

The help, all is infected Win32/Expiro. C.
Windows XP SP1.
NOD32 the Version of a database: 2251, Assembly: 9779.
Offers files are infected to remove/rename.
After has renamed: winmgmt.exe wmiadap.exe wmiapsrv.exe OS it was loaded and at once restart. Windows has loaded (as last successful loading), but I am afraid it last time it was possible.
How to be?
