How to reload the factory preloaded system environment?

#1 Post by jnchang » Fri May 18, 2007 11:55 pm

Recently I tried to partition my newly bought T60 by using partition magic but this software seemed to be uncapable with the new NTFS file system. So I preloaded my harddisk but when I finished this manipulation I found that something changed.

Here's an overview of the differences between what the computer screen displayed when (1)I got this laptop from my dealer and (2)I preloaded my computer again:
1 the welcome center:

this is what it displayed when I get this laptop, however after my preload the second category of welcome center (2. make the most of your lenovo computer) disappeared.
2. Notice the third icon on the desktop. Yes that's office trial, which disappeared concurrently with the lenovo specified category of welcome center.

My question is, HOW TO GET'EM BACK?
