Can't figure out TPM password

Is the password for TPM (I need to clear it to get Client Security Solution to work) the same as my windows password? Because it tells me that my password is wrong, but I know I am typing in my windows password correctly (which is the same as the password I used when I ran XP, not that it should matter since I did a clean install).
