Vista & R50e

Hello,
Any1 installed Windows VISTA Ultimate on Thinkpad R50e ? I have R50e-1834-EQ1 laptop which is Centrino 1.5 , 512+256 MB ram, 40gb hdd , Intel 855 GME chipset & intel extreme 2 graphic adapter.

How is the battery performance ? And how about heating issue?
I installed VISTA Ultimate on laptop for 2 days. I felt that CPU fan is rotating continuesly. Havent checked battery performance. Rest things were fast. VISTA took same time as It took while loading WIndows XP Pro on my laptop.

Any feedbacks R50 users ?
I am confused, So i post my message here.
