How to replace the hard driver with another bigger one witho

I just got a 7200RPM 100G hard drive, and I'd like to replace the 5400RPM 80G one in my Thinkpad T60.
As you all know, the Thinkpad T60's hard drive has two partitions, one is C: installed with WindowsXP, one is hidden for recoverying.
My goal is: Have the original Windows XP partition and hidden partition EXACTLY copied to the new driver, and the left space for one or two other partitions(for BSD or OS X in future)

Do you guys have the most efficiency way to do that? Thanks a lot.
