Undock - Docking station

#1 Post by kraskat » Fri Aug 10, 2007 3:21 am

Since I switched to Windows Vista I have the (minor) problem, that when I press the undock button on my docking station the notebook hibernates instead of just goes to standby (as it was with Windows XP). I know it is a small problem, but it is really, really annoying.

I assume that it can be solved by setting a parameter in the registries but I can not find anything. Has somebody an idea?

Best regards,

Tim

well did you check the power options totell it what to do when you undock? I think there should be some options there but can't you hot undock? Warm is what you're doing now but you should be able to do hot undock.
