Vista not allowing access connections to change wireless

#1 Post by TimC » Thu Aug 30, 2007 5:35 pm

Hey everyone, I can't seem to change wireless profiles in Access Connections as the "Windows Wireless Service" seems to have taken over and will not allow access connections to change. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Make sure you have the Lenovo Interface Driver installed.

Hey I just tried to reinstall the Lenovo System Interface Driver and now I get the message Access Connections cannot run on this platform. My OSD also stopped working. I have tried reinstalling AC and the driver to no avail..

UPDATE: I've gotten it to work! I uninstalled the System Interface Driver, Access Connections, the HotKey Software, and the System Update software, and rebooted. I then reinstalled the System Update, ran it, and rebooted. Came back and it works!

Now I have another problem: When I try to add profiles to access connections the software tends to freeze.
