Is there a way to check dead pixel without Windows?

I am looking for a bootable software that capable to check the LCD screen(like the nokia test program in Windows), is it possible?

I believe it is a bootable CD which uses a "pre-install" version of Windows to run various programs. Included on the CD is the program "Dead Pixel Tester".

Ray got it. I use that all the time. It will work.
T60 2623-D7U, 3 GB Ram.
Dual boot XP and Linux Mint.
