Hello,
I am trying to figure out what is acctually causing this problem,
every time I try to shutdown/restart windows xp (sp2 + all current updates), I have to do it twice, as if the 1st execution got aborted.
workarounds :
1.) close all process that belongs to me
2.) initiate shutdown/restart.
I also have tried msconfig approach, as to minimize all the startup
programs & services.
but still no luck, I still have to perform the shutdown/restart seq 2 times.
have any of you experience this?
if you have what was the offending process, and how do I resolve this issue.
thank you
ennma
