Alternative to ATI POWERPLAY

HI!
Is there any alternative to ATI CCC Powerplay?
Just tried atitraytools but when I underclock GPU/MEM to Lowest clocks( like used in Powerplay) my screen really get messed up
In powerplay usage everithing works fine..

Any Ideas how to solve this?
