Creation of Win XP cd from HDD

Is it possible to create a Win XP installer cd from my T43?
I have a few partitions on my HDD and do not want them to be wipe out if i do a restore from the restore CDs...

I want to reinstall windows myself and then make a dual boot....

Anyone can help ?
