What's the fastest way to retry/resume after closing it?

As is, to resume, I have to return to the driver page and agree to the terms again.

I see a file created by the download called dlmgr.pro, is there a way to use it to resume or any other faster way?

That file, dlmgr.pro, remains after the download completes so I delete it after a restart.
