Scroll bars on the left on tablet?

So, for leftys, this would be key? Is there a way to do this for browsers and such?

I hear ya, interesting idea, I'm natural left-handed myself and I believe there are lots of other necessities that could've been made better for our accommodation. However, after using the scroll bar on the right side all my life I wouldn't like it to be changed to the left now.
