synchronize cq backup

for long times (after a crash) i backuped my data to a 20G extrenal hd via usb
i used for that windowscommander cq totalcommander as is the new name.

it was easy and i could work everywhere with my data.

In a week or so my thinkpad will arive. don't know yet how the configuration will be.

a 2nd HD in the extra bay or 2nd HD on usb.

and further i would like to automate the backup/synchronize task.

i have seen for example software viceversa from http://www.tgrmn.com/

is it any good or better solutions?
