Speed test on X41 Tablet with an ADATA 150X 2GB card.

Direct access: 5.21MB/s
Cache enabled access: 3.59MB/s
Ratio: 0.689

Sorry for bumping an old topic but I've just tried it on my X61 tablet and the numbers look good (5400 rpm HD):

Direct access: 10.11 MB/s
Cache enabled access: 23.53 MB/s
Ratio: 2.33

I think it depends on the speed of the memory port and on the X31 it was seriously slow.

It seems to be a good alternative to getting the Seagate HD hybrid drive, espcially since it runs at 7200rpm -> more noise and more heat.

Haven't done any timing but it does feel faster overall, especially time intensive tasks like launching Firefox.
