Spybot S&D + framedyn.dll error

Anyone else having a problem with framedyn.dll when opening Spybot S&D?

Copied the existing framedyn.dll from C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem into the install directory of S&D and the problem was solved for me.
T23 2647-NU8 (retired X20)
