X61 Vista 64 Bit and Thinkvantage -compatible?

#1 Post by jr_23 » Sun Feb 10, 2008 11:30 am

I've been using my X60 for about 3 months and realize that the vista and some of the thinkvantage utilities conflict??

Thinkvantage
-Access Connection
-Easy Eject
-power manager

Do other users recommend disabling these thinkvantage aps? What other advice to make the Vista experience least painful.

Thanks,
Vista 64, 2GB RAM, 120 GB HD, T7300 Ghz

They are all working fine for me under Vista Ultimate x64 on a T61.

What "conflict" are you experiencing?

Cheers,

They were working fine for me up in my x64 system until after installing SP1. After that I started having an issue with Thinkvantage Power Manager (even after uninstalling and reinstalling it) which I described in the SP1 thread in this section of the forum.
