Back-up

I'm a bit lost on how to backup my T61/Business Vista.

When I follow the directions for a full system backup I get this message "not all volumes including system data are included in the backup (0X80780018). But it sees SW_Preload. Any ideas on how I can get my system backed up?

You probably have Turbo Memory:

Vista Backup fails (0x80780018) / incompatibility with intel Turbo Memory.
