hidden backup?

#1 Post by Thinkboy » Thu May 08, 2008 8:49 am

Hi all,

I did a backup of the whole system on an external drive using Rescue and Recovery 4.2. I see the backup via RR but I dont see anything via the explorer or even via a dir command on the dos prompt. The space is clearly allocated on the drive but no folder/ file is visible (even if I selected to show the hidden folders in "Folders Option").

Does it sounds strange to you?

Thanks

R&R installs a filter to prevent access (even viewing) of the R&R backup files. Backups can be viewed and managed via the R&R application. If you want to view them in Windows Explorer then start Windows in safe mode.
