How to remove password manager from firefox?

#1 Post by albo » Sat May 24, 2008 12:25 pm

Hi Folks,

I made the awful decision of installing CSS 8 (what a useless piece of garbage). I uninstalled it, but the password manager add-on in firefox remains. The "uninstall" button in the firefox add-in window is greyed out. Any ideas how I might get rid of this parasite once and for all?

thanks,
allie

I think the password program is bundled with firefox and is removable. You can set it so that it doesnt save any pass word under tools>options>security.
