How to get rid of that stupid delay in XP

Okay,now I already had tons of services disabled,but i came across this site the other day.....smokin.....If your like 99% of the other XP users...when you boot up it boots quick to the desktop,but then has that like 30-40 second pause where you're hard drive isn't doing anything...and you can't do nothing yet.....then it continues loading up,starting up whatever you have set to startup.... PAIN IN THE [censored] ....

Disable all these on this site(see after if it screws up crap you have loaded...didn't with mine)....

Make sure if you have multiple users set up on one computer that you do this under actual Administrator .(You should anyway...)....to get there,go to Start,Logoff,when your logged off...(make sure everyone is logged off..!!!..)....,press ctrl,Alt,Del twice,and a screen will pop up....Put in Administrator in the first one,(Capital for the A),and the password is the one you used when you set up windows...then go to Run...type services.msc and disable the ones in the website....restart the comp and watch how much faster it boots...!!!!

Try and find out if everything still works....if not,re-enable it....easy as that....
