Time keeps changing

#1 Post by liliggyracin » Thu Jul 03, 2008 8:42 am

Hello I have one tablet who's time will not stay synched with the Domain server. I have ran Net time commands and tried to force it to our domain. I also tried forcing it to a specific server. Right now I am running a .bat file every morning in startup to force it to change the time to a server but cannot figure out what is happening. It is an X61 Tablet 7767-96U 3 gig of ram user does frequently take the machine home and I am wondering if something at her house has the incorrect time and since it cannot find a server at home it synchs to whatever it can find. I have checked the Bios and the time there always seems to be correct so it seems to be a Windows XP issue. I am running Windows XP Pro Tablet edition on this machine. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

I'm just babbling here without research, but: anything interesting in the Event Viewer?
