Rapid Restore Ultra 4.0 problem

Win XP pro
IBM Rescue and Recovery 1.0 with RR Ultra 4.0

problem:

i created backup to my external USB HDD few weeks ago. i was just playing around and testing, so i deleted my "Base" backup(1st one) from HDD(RRUbackup folder on USB HDD).

now i have a problem because RR Ultra have that "Base" backup in a Catalogue. i tried to change just "tvt.txt" in Prog. files/IBM/IBM Rapid Restore Ultra, i tried reinstallation also. not working

every time when i want to make backup i see explorer Error message "br_funcs" failing and backup is failing.
