Registered name change?

Is it possible the change the registered name on windows xp without reinstalling?
The computer has the previous owners information in.

There is a Microsoft Knowledge Base article (Q310441) that deals with changing Company information. Get the article and read it carefully. It involves a registry change that is pretty straightforward, but always use care when editing registry items. ... JD Hurst
