R61 running vista "hangs/freezes" momentarily afte

Hi,

Lately, whenever my R61 goes off to sleep (after predetermined time set in Power Settings) for a long time and then wakes up again, the system momentarily hangs/freezes. The mouse, touchpad, keyboard etc. nothing is responsive during this time. This lasts for about a minute or so.

Observation: The hard drive light on the bottom section of the R61's LCD is fully lighted during the "freeze" time indicating heavy hard drive activity!!

This had never happened from the time I purchased my R61 about a year ago.

Please suggest how do I go about solving this problem.
