Web TV for Windows

Windows 98 claims my 300PL has a TV tuner. Very interesting. I wonder where it is.

Assuming this phantom device exists, or when I get a card for it or the docking station, I want to use MS Web TV for Windows. But when I click on the option to get TV listings, I can't get to the site. My internet conection has been a little slow & unresponsive lately, so I was wondering if its just my connection or if the web site is gone like so much else from the Windows 98/ie4/active desktop era.

If the site is gone, is there a patch or upgrade for Web TV?
