Excel or Access quotation database.

Was wondering if anybody can help me;

I am looking for a generic access or excel file I can download that I will be able to modify, to enable me to speed up my quotations. I would like to be able to put in my companies prices and quanities, with total amount, description of components etc, that I can choose from a drop down list and for it to format the pages automatically......

Does anybody have any links . . . . or am I asking the impossible?

Require a templete where the prices and descriptions are in excel (Or somewhere), where I can select drop down boxes to create a quotation. . . .
