WinDVD registration?

Hi,

after I did a clen re-install of WinXP on my T42p (2373-HTG) I just installed WinDVD from my saved IBMTOOLS folder.

When I startet it, it asked me if I wanted to register now or if I would like to be asked again in 5 days.

When I do a right-click on the WinDVD window the context menu shows two entries named "buy and update" and "activate" (roughly translated).

So what's up - do I have to activate it or is there something hidden in the IBMTOOLS folder that helps me to avoid that?

don't activate anything, they just want your money for an upgrade. It works fine as it is.
