RSS readers... which one???

Hello all. I was browsing around for a good RSS reader and I have no idea which is better than the other. I was particularly attracted to FeedDemon because it has a lot of features and it has gotten a lot of good awards but I don't know. I don't have a problem purchasing the program, but I do have a problem if I purchase it and it's not all it's cut out to be. Opinions and ideas??? Thanks in advance.

I run Newsgator and it does everything I need. I think it was $19 but I don't totally remember.

I find SharpReader to be very good; free with the option to donate $ thru PayPal. Not alot of bells and whistles but certainly does the job.
