HELP-HELP-mistyped pswd, now don't know it(SEE MORE ABOVE)

Can you help me get around the windows password? I was setting up a new Tpad T43 I just bought from Bill Morrow, and when setting the fingerprint reader, it said I should do a password, for both the recovery & for windows...I did my usual one, but then when rebooted during software installation, I found that my normal one is not the right one. I assume I mistyped (I was jetlagged, I am an idiot) and thus now need to get around it.

Thanks that I did not do the harddrive password. But the windows/recovery password now is something I don't know!

Help. I have a conference at NDU tomorrow -- can someone point me to where on web the steps a non-familiar guy can use to get around the window password so I can get back into windows and this time carefully reset?
