What software can I remove?

Just ordered a T43, getting here soon...

Curious as to what are the nonessentials..

I'm goign to be using this for live performances, so the less crap taking up system resources the better..

I'd like to (if possible) set up two profiles -- 1) COMPLETELY SLIMMED DOWN FOR LIVE PERFORMANCES
2) Regular use (scrap whatever isn't really necessary)

Can anyone let me know what's good to get back system resources and keep the tray uncluttered, or point me towards a post which already says all that?
