X210 boards still available?

#1 Post by flyingfishfinger » Wed Mar 20, 2019 5:15 am

Hi,
I've been hearing so much great stuff about the X210 I'm considering grabbing one.

However, I saw the post by LCDFans on Facebook that they would "not mod this anymore", so I'm wondering if they're referring to actual boards or the full machine.

Any ideas?

It appears the third batch has finished production. They might make a fourth

Spoke with Jacky on WeChat.

They are NOT making a 4th batch at this time, and he only has a few (two?) full machines remaining. They are also not selling boards only.

The machines have 2880x1920 IPS displays; the i5-8250u model costs $980 and the i7-8650u costs $1280.

I may grab one of the i7 machines just for the fun of it and see if I can stuff a USB-C port in it:

Hi flyingfishfinger!

If you are still looking for one, I have made a thread in the Marketplace for 4th batch orders.

If orders from Jacky are still being fulfilled, I should be OK...if it ever actually ships :D

I ordered a full machine from him early April...
