Here are a few things I've tried:
- Setting power options obviously*
- * I think because Modern Standby is enabled, the advanced power options are limited compared to laptops where Modern Standby is disabled. I've tried disabling it (which requires first going into "Windows Security -> Device Security -> Core Isolation -> Firmware Protection / Microsoft Defender System Guard" and disabling, and then editing registry to disable Modern Standby), but on reboot I believe this somehow disabled the built-in fingerprint reader from what I recall so it wasn't really an option
- Turning off User Presence Sensing in BIOS (Security -> Intelligent Security)
- Using MS PowerToys Awake module
- Using Caffeine with various command-line options
- If I just run Caffeine without any command-line options, it will keep laptop awake as long as the screen isn't locked. Once you lock the screen though, all bets are off and it will eventually go into sleep mode again
