Questions about Thinkpad P16 gen 2

Hi all,
I'm considering buying the ThinkPad P16 Gen 2 (i9-13980HX, RTX 2000 Ada), but before making the purchase, I have a few concerns. I would really appreciated any reply from the community:
1. Is the cooling system different in higher-end configurations? If so, does my configuration come with a vapor chamber cooling system?
2. Some users have reported that this laptop runs hot even under light loads. Can anyone confirm this or share their experience?
3.Besides undervolting, are there any other effective ways to reduce heat on this laptop?
