P14s soldered RAM timings

Does anyone know the timings of the stock (soldered) RAM in the P14s Gen 3 (Intel) (21AK)?

i have 16GB (a Samsung M471A2G44BM0-CWE).

The goal of adding more RAM is to enable the Iris Xe iGPU and its Xe Linux driver. Currently, i can only utilise the i915 driver because of the soldered RAM's 64-bit single-channel. Intel requires RAM to be dual-channel and 128-bit to use the Xe driver.

As far as i understand, i need to match the capacity (16GB), frequency (3200MHz/MTz) and timings (i don't know).

You can check using software like HWinfo
IBM: 760ED, 600E, 570, T23, X30, T40, G41, T43 SATA, T43 UXGA, R52 IPS SXGA+
