GPU upgrade in a P71

Does anyone have the VBIOS for the Quadro P5000? Looking to upgrade from the P4000, but I'm only finding Dell P5000s for sale. Barring the VBIOS itself, can anyone confirm the hashes for an unconfirmed VBIOS I found on TechPowerUp?

I was going to make my own thread about this, but I am also in the same predicament. I want to upgrade from a P4000 but I hear there's alot of issues trying to get non Lenovo cards to work? Im not entirely sure what the whole process is with flashing. Is it just the VBIOS? surely someone on this forum has to know more, or is willing to dump their VBIOS for testing purposes.
