P53 quality issues, disappearing UHD IPS panel

So, my P53 finally got here, and its got some issues.
I opted for the IPS UHD panel due to some rather awful experiences with OLED on phones in the past, and didn't want to have the possibility of seeing burn-in on a rather expensive workstation with a few months of use.
Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the laptop wouldn't sit flat on my table. This was a common issue, and people had said this could work itself out with some use, so I figured it was no big deal. I then got the laptop through setup (windows 10 setup has that blue background color) and I had a stuck pixel on that color. The pixel seems to be able to do 3 things: be black, be blue (perfect match to the windows 10 setup color), or be white. Needless to say, this was disappointing. After contacting lenovo and posting on their forums yesterday, the IPS UHD screen option has disappeared, leading me to believe this isn't an isolated issue.
They have told me that they will likely provide a replacement unit, but I'll have to call the support center tomorrow, as the people at the 24/7 line cant deal with this issue. This experience is just reminding me why the last time I bought new from lenovo was my reliability disaster of a T61p.
