Is WD SN770 2TB a good match for P1G4?

P1G4 was only available with a 1TB drive. Wanted bigger but nothing in stock. Would the SN770 2TB be a good replacement? Can't see a system finder on WD site.
Also, what's the best way to transfer from old to new? I assume it's still a USB cable and migration software but I haven't done that since the 2.5" days so would welcome any recommendations.
Thanks.

Yes, it is. But I'd go with something like a Hynix P31 myself. Not the fastest drive, but the most power efficient. In a laptop power dissipation is always a concern and all Gen 4 SSDs have a tendency to overheat. Besides, very few applications show tangible, real world benefits for choosing Gen 4 over Gen 3. Heck, even good SATA SSDs provide decent performance for anything but the most demanding tasks...

For data migration, if you have a desktop with 2 NVME slots, that would be the easiest method.
If not, find a Thunderbolt NVME enclosure to put one of the drives in. Will be much faster than USB.

The Samsung PM9A1 FRU 5SS0W79495 which is 2Tb is available in the P1G4 model 20Y3 that I just picked up.
