Hi.
I have recently bought the second hand Lenovo P52 and in general everything works fine despite LED indicators (HDD, WiFi). Firsly, I thought that there is an option in the bios to turn it on/off, but couldn't found any. I have also checked the connectors to the motherboard and this LED board and both seems ok. Actually I don't know how to identify the problem. Is it possible that this LEDs are somehow software disabled or the LED board/cable is broken?
Laptop is with 4K Touchscreen display and looks like never opened.

There should be an option to disable them in BIOS, my P53 definitely had one. Can check my P52 when I get home. Highly unlikely that its damaged, but it might not be plugged into the motherboard. Looking at the HMM, it is its own cable.

Thank you and yes, I think this is very unlikely that this part is broken. Probably someone who used this laptop somehow disabled it to not distract his attention. But this is my theory only.
Below is the original cable for this screen:

And photo of this Led board I shoot:

I also tried to measure the voltages on that board on working laptop and as a result all are 0V as expected. The point is that this voltages are not provided by motherboard or cable is broken.
