Webcam for P53

Hey all, I've just bought a p53 which doesn't have a webcam. I know you can buy the webcams online, just wondering if anyone has retrofitted one? There is a cable that runs up to what I believe is the microphone, but would this cable also accommodate a camera if I swapped the board? Thanks
