Can't post in ThinkPad X13 forum

This seems the least irrelevant place to post this. Admins, could you take a look at the ThinkPad X13 forum? When I go there, I'm told that I don't have sufficient permission to post in it. Perhaps that's why it has no posts at all? Could the permissions be fixed there? Thanks!
