T15 boot menu problem

Hello so today I got my lenovo thinkpad E15 Gen 3 and when I try to install windows via usb it wont work

When I go to boot menu and click at "USB HDD; General USB Flash Disk" it just goes black for 1 second and goes back at boot menu screen

I've tried to disable secure boot but it still wont work

pls help me :/

usb stick acually works and is bootable ? Years ago when I bought w10 with usb stick the stick was broken from the box.. And I wasn't alone with this.

Also may be that the USB boot disk is made compatible to MBR/Legacy boot process, and the system is set to boot in GPT/UEFI mode only. Or vice-versa (but less likely for a modern PC).
