T14 Gen 3 AMD Screen Glitching/Flickering

Hey guys, I bought a brand new T14 gen 3 AMD from Lenovo two months ago. I noticed a flickering issue where the screen would randomly flicker for a second specifically near the bottom bezel. Since it's been a month, I cannot return the laptop or exchange it, so I got my system board, LCD display, and LCD connector cable installed. In addition to this, I reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows and drivers straight from the AMD website. However, after all of this, the flickering issue still persists. I've attached a link to the image of the flickering below that happened (it's the white pattern right near the top right corner). I'm getting another system board replacement since they are suspecting that the system board they sent could have had a problem. What could this issue be I'm trying to get to the bottom of it as it's super annoying when doing any work. Thank you for replying in advance .

The basic warranty for Lenovo laptops is 12 months. I don't know why you think this is not covered.

They aren't willing to refund me or replace the unit they are only offering to repair it, so I'm stuck with finding out what the issue could be.
