Audio Connection for T14 Dock?

Just got a new T14 and the Universal USB-C Dock. My external speaker and microphone are the old style 3.5mm male jacks (pink and green) and there is no place to plug them into the dock.
Is anyone aware of some kind of Y adapter where I can plug the old jacks in one end of the adapter and there is a USB male plug on the other end?

It has a combo jack, doesn't it? If so, a Y-splitter such as
this may work.

Wow, I was so focused on the connections on the rear of the dock, I completely missed the jack on the front. DOH!
That will work, but would still like to find the USB option so that I can plug that in on the back of the dock. The spot I'm going to put the dock will make it awkward to plug the sound connection in the front.
