T14s Gen2 REFURB project and upgrade

so i have a scrapped t14s g2 that came with a bunch of parts missing and ive taken it on as a project to refurb back to workable condition its mostly working as is , i installed an SSD and installed windows and have it propped up and typing on it now as we speak
here's the agenda along with asking advice ...
the palm rest hinges are broken so im going to replace that ( will AMD palm rest work for the intel model? )
it has a non IR camera ...looking to upgrade to IR ( is this possible to replace to IR module with same flex that already installed? )
its non touch ... looking to upgrade to touch screen ( mines 30 pin , touch is 40 pin , will the board facilitate the switch if i get the right/matching cable)
the WWan card is missing and the wires for the antenna ( does it make sense it source one ? what else can i use that slot for ?)
