After having played around with linux on a variety of secondary machines, I really want to take the plunge on my T42. I pulled down the Ubunto live CD but it didn't want to boot while on the dock. After further reading, it seems that the mini-dock isn't supported by linux. Isn't it just a pass through? Is my understanding of how the dock works incorrect? Anyone have any idea how to get it to work? I really want to be able to continue using it.
